Reducing Stress for Parents Free Workshop

€0

Who hasn't experienced moments of maximum stress in situations with children? Between work and childcare, going shopping, coming home, thinking about food,
cleaning, cooking, ironing, doing the washing machine, helping with homework, trying to communicate with a partner, eating dinner, putting the children to bed, reading them a bedtime story, and so on.

This is the situation that most women and men with children experience these days, and yet parental stress is not often talked about.

It is all very well to talk about the children, their possibilities to develop fully and all this, but we must also talk about the parents and their need to live with more peace of mind and to be able to enjoy life together with their children and to have more quality family time.

It is with this in mind that Expat Kids in Eindhoven brings the expert Katja in this free workshop for you, the parents, to improve your quality of life and the time you spend with your children, so that the stress of the different activities does not hinder you from enjoying your journey as a parent to the fullest.

Who is our Expert?

Katja Markelova is a breathworker, breath & movement therapy specialist, and an energy worker. She went from being burnt out, chronically ill, constantly being in pain and unhappy, to developing extraordinary focus, fitness, and personal freedom. She has 16 years of experience working in corporate, 6 of those years on C-level. Her whole life she was interested in breath and movement and how they affect our bodies and minds.

Since 2020 she is running her own company: ‘re-align’ where she’s teaching people to find their own power again, to be the healthiest, happiest, and most liberated versions of themselves through transformative experiences, nervous system healing, and achieving the full range of (e)motion.
