We ship from the Netherlands to most locations worldwide. The orders are typically shipped using Post NL, and depending on the destination the delivery time will vary. We will do our best to pack and send the package the next working day after the order has been placed. The estimated delivery times can be found here (standard parcels with track and trace). For most of the countries a track and trace number will be available. The merchandise is insured during the transit time until the goods are delivered to the specific address of the customer, at which point responsibility for the purchased goods passes to you. We ship free of charge to all locations around the world, for orders above 100 Euro. For orders below 100 Euro, a flat-rate shipping cost of 15 Euro will be applied.
We are shipping the packages via a standard service with delivery times as described here (standard parcels with track and trace). If you like to receive your package via a priority service, please contact us, and we will inform you what are the costs depending on your location.
We would like to emphasize that free shipping has an important negative impact on both the social projects we can support and on our business as a start-up design and social company. However, we are using this approach temporarily to make it easier and help customers to experience our products. Therefore, we reserve the right to modify our shipping fees if that is required.
You are responsible to pay for the calculated duties and/or taxes as determined by the country of destination. We are unable to be held responsible for these charges, and they will not be reimbursed or refunded by us. If you are unsure of the charges and whether you will be affected, please contact your local customs office to find out more information.
Right to Withdrawal
If you are not satisfied with your order, you may exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days from the date you receive the consignment (the days are calculated from the proven date of delivery).
Our products must be returned in a new and unused state, in perfect condition, with all protective materials in place and tags and stickers attached to them, as well as with the original box and delivery package, including all accessories and documents. We reserve our right not to accept any return if the product shows signs of wear, or has been used or altered from its original condition in any way. If you have received free items as part of your order, they must be returned with the products. Failure to comply with these Conditions of Sale will entitle us to refuse the returned product and send it back to you, at your own cost.
Return Process and Costs
To return a purchased product, email us your return request at silviaardilalovebygrace (at) gmail.com indicating the order number, which items you want to return and the reason for return. After that, please wait for our that will include details on the return address and any other instructions that we may consider relevant.
Shipping cost of the return must be paid by the customer. Therefore, you will be responsible for paying the shipping costs required to return your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. The responsibility of the package delivery back to us is held upon the customer.
Condition of Returned Products and Refunds (If Applicable)
Once your return is received, we will verify that the returned product satisfies the conditions as stated in the “Right to Withdrawal” section above. We will record a video while opening the package containing the returned package. Once your return is inspected, we will email you to notify you that we have received your returned item, and will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If the returned product satisfies the conditions, then your refund will be processed, the refund will be credited to the payment method used for the purchase within approximately 3-15 days, depending on your banking entity. You are responsible for any transaction related fees required for the refund to your account.
If the products do not meet with the requirements, we will refuse the return, and the products will be returned to you.
